He doesn’t get the hint

Super annoyed with my husband! I’m always the one to start something sexual between us. I’m in the mood almost all the time. So I’ll start touching him and tonight he says he not in the mood like most nights. I pull away and he says do you want something. YES! But I don’t want to ask because obviously I’m in the mood! Also when I do say yes he seems annoyed/bored the whole time which turns me off. For once I want him to come on to me! Makes me feel like he doesn’t want me.
