HELP!!!!!

I need some help! My husband and I are super behind on planning a trip for our wedding anniversary. With about 3 months till our anniversary and kinda short time for planning and not a huge budget....we cant seem to pick a place or even know where to start. We really wanted to do to the DR but do not have passports. We really would like to go somewhere that has a beach as we are from Colorado. We are considering Florida and Cali. I just have NO idea where to stay as I've only been to cali twice and stayed in Anaheim for Disneyland. I am open to anywhere!!!! Anywho anything HELPS!!!! We really need this vacation! 😣🤷‍♀️😮 Thanks!!!
