My boyfriend might still love his ex 🙄

Ladies HELP!

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for a little over a year now, and we’ve just moved in together. Since I’m closer to him than ever before sometimes I snoop through his phone, (there’s been previous issues that make me insecure, which is why I snoop) and amongst all of the porn (like everyday he looks at videos when I leave for work, and for an excessive amount of time...) I found he had been searching his ex on Facebook and Instagram.

Not frequently, it was like 4 times within a couple months and he searched her Instagram once, but still. He had dated her for 4 years before he met me, and they lived together and all. In the beginning of our relationship he accidentally called me her name a few times, once I could tell he was really embarrassed and our relationship was quite new so I ignored it but after a few months and it happened again, I got upset and asked him to think before he talks and he flipped out at me and told me I wanted him to “erase” the last four years of his life and that it was impossible for him.

Well a few weeks ago, it was his birthday, and I saw someone whose number wasn’t saved texted him a happy birthday message, but then at the end of the day the text and his reply was no longer there.

Yup, it was his ex and he deleted the convo, which upset me, and he again got irritated and swore he was over her and that he had no feelings for her, and then mentioned that shes been in a relationship for 8months anyway...

Whenever asked he swears he’s over her, but is it crazy I think he’s not?! Idk what to do 😩
