abnormal period.....

So ive been off contraception for 10 months and u have had irregular periods ever since.. i knew the first 4 to 6 months my body would be trying to go back to normal. we have been ttc for 7 months ( i know thats not as long as other women). i have been tracking my periods and im starting to be really frustated with my body😔. i got my period on the 13th of June it ended on the 20th of June. ten days later so the 28th of June i started bleeding i thought okay cool ovulation day ( i was ovulating according to this app) then more blood on the 29th... maybe im pregnant 🤔 30th of June BAM! bright red blood! i started my period again 🤦‍♀️ it lasted 2 weeks!!! im so frustrated at myself. why is this happening? i am going to book a doctors appointment and try to figure out whats going on. i took a pregna test this morning thinking maybe it was all messed up due to pregnancy.. NOPE! came back as a big fat negative! 😭 anyone know wgat might be happening? has anyone experienced this? Picture below of my period time frame.
