Yes. I’ve had them before and when they aren’t bad enough to need a doctor (I’ve never seen one for any of mine), after a shower I use my tweezers to gently pull up the corners a bit and use it to stuff a small bit of a cotton ball under the corner to encourage the nail to grow up. I use the tweezers to change the cotton ball bit daily and it usually helps. Also changing the shoes you wear for awhile can help.
