Weight loss ( kinda long and lots of pics)
I have commented and posted different ideas to lose weight but I struggle with sweets, over eating, binge eating, emotional eating, and nor enough fruit. I am working on Gluten free due to an intolerance to it. I have cut a bunch out which has helped the stomach problems but i need help actually losing the weight like in the belly are where it is very gross and fat. I am 5'2 and 200lbs. :( I need to lose at least 40lbs.
What should i do?? Here are pictures of me to help see what I am like and the way my body changes.
