How soon does pms symptoms start before your period?

I’ve been having slightly sore breasts since 7/12 and my period is due either the 7/20 or 7/21. I had protected sex for about 3 minutes and then the condom broke and he knows for sure it wasn’t cum so possibly precum. But he’s very familiar with his body and knows when it comes out, again he said nothing came out. It was the day after ovulation so a very very slim chance especially with precum. He hasn’t ejaulated in 4 days before he came over so lots of urination and showers. Should I be fine?
