I need some help

So couple weeks ago I had an uti but I been drinking water and it went away but now today I went pee I saw blood and it started to hurt. Sometimes it my vagina starts to hurt because I’m getting my period but not all the time. They said that my period is not until 6 days. I’m going pee and the blood is gone. But it still hurts. The system I have before I get my period is crying and cramps. I’m not having cramps at all. I don’t know what it is. Is it normal for the vagina to do that?
