1st love/ heartbreak

Beginning freshmen year I met my first real boyfriend John... We dated for a year and we were eachothers firsts for EVERYTHING... We broke uo because he had been cheating on me with my bestfriend... For 6 months after we split I dated 2 guys, 1 of them we realized we were better friends and the other was a junior who had tried to have sex with me but I kept saying no because I didnt love him eventually the night of prom he allowed me to be sexually assaulted by his friends prom date... After we split my ex had contacted me on social media like he had been trying to do for the last 6 months... I didnt respond and he eventually had found me at school and told me that he had heard about what happened and that he missed me... I agreed to go to the fair with him and we dated for about 2 months after that... In the beggining of those 2 months it seemed like he had changed but then he started acting like he did before and I ultimately decided I didnt wanna be with someone I didnt trust... we broke up and I am now in a happy relationship which I have been in for a year but somehow theres still not a day that goes by that I dont think of him... I would love advice on pretty much anything for my predicament and I'd love to hear other peopled stories
