my LO is ready for soilds! i have been giving him rice/ oat cereal and am wondering what to introduce next.. what were some first foods you ladies introduced ?

Start with veggies, always! It’s a harder transition if you start with sweets, like fruit.

My doctor said start with veggies so we did and he loves them all now! We started with carrots they are kind of sweet and then did all the stage one veggies he loved every one. The only thing he didn’t like were apples 🤷🏻‍♀️
