Help me I’m insecure

How can I stop being jealous or upset about my boyfriend have best friends that are girls? I can sometimes be a little insecure because my ex had cheated on me with a girl i thought was his friend but I also don’t want my current boyfriend to think I am the jealous type, he knows about my past relationship but I dont know how to not let it bug me because today he has to work with her
