Can’t tell if labor is starting?!?

I couldn’t sleep all night, I had this rock of what almost felt like indigestion in my upper stomach ALL NIGHT. I have been nauseous and not able to really eat since last night.

I’ve been having what I feel like might be contractions, I seize up but it’s not ungodly painful, but more than BH. I’m at work so it’s hard to tell if they are regular, but they seem every 7-10ish minutes, for about 30 seconds. I also have felt like I need to pass a BM, but there is nothing there.

Anyone experience similar with labor?!?
