Teething.. cold.. fever.. rash

Little guy has started getting his molars in. Needless to say it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. He’s super fussy, Barely sleeping and now has gotten a rash all over his body from the fever breaking. He’s terrible at taking medicine like Tylenol or Motrin. Any tips on any of these things? Lol. Doctor said the rash will go away on its own. Feel so bad for my little boy
