Boyfriend drama

My boyfriend loves to do pranks on me. We have this prank wars. But a feed days ago he told me he got his ex pregnant. Turns out it was a prank. I was beyond mad because to me that isn’t funny. He hardly replies to my texts he is always playing video games. He always tries his hardest to make me jealous. Then he gets mad because he is like you don’t trust me. He always keeps secrets. Never tells me anything. I got really mad one day and asked him what this relationship was to him and he said he doesn’t know. I am just so confused. Half of the time I just want to jump up and kiss him

He can be adorable at times but then the rest of the time I just want to punch him.
