Variations in pregnancies?

I know everyone days "every pregnancy is different", and I'm hoping that's true.

In late December I had a CP. I got my first positive 12 dpo. Ever since then, my cycles have been way off so I think I ovulated July 8th, but I'm not 100%. I also don't know when my period is due. This cycle I almost for sure think I'm pregnant. I had what looked like implantation bleeding/spotting with cramps on dpo 6-8, and the other pregnancy symptoms I had before. But today is 12 dpo and I think the test is still coming up negative. FRER and Walmart brand. Is there still hope for this cycle?
