Tips and tricks!?

Question

Does anyone have any tips to help prevent or stop pain from period cramps? I’m about to be sixteen and have had it since January of 2017 and they’ve always been rough. But now I’m off birth control bc it was affecting me badly and of course I’m bleeding a lot since I haven’t had it in a few months and now the cramps are So excruciating that I can barely move. Someone help 😫😭

I've always had awful bleeding and cramps so I feel your pain. Literally! Best thing I've always done is Ibprofen, or Excedrin is amazing. A heating pad, and drinking tons of water. That's what works for me. 💜
I hope yours gets better with time, mine didn't until I had my son. Then it went back after 5 years.
Make sure to bring it up with your Dr, he may have some great ideas.

Aleve works wonders for me. You could also talk to your doctor about trying a different kind of birth control. There are so many different options, chances are you'll find something that works for you.
