UBER EATS RANT!!!!

Oh my fucking God. Y’all I seriously just had the WORST Uber Eats experience EVER!!! So let me rant about it for a second.

So I ordered my food from Panda Express because my pregnant butt has been craving it SOOOO bad. I’ve ordered from there SO many times. Always had a great experience so why would this time be different, right?

So first The Uber delivery guy calls me and tells me he can’t find my apartment. Never had that happen before but ya know, no big deal right?? Apparently NOT. The guy called me and at first it was no big deal. I tried explaining where the apartment was and he started yelling at me and telling me I was an “fucking idiot”.

I tried to brush it off thinking maybe he’s just having a bad day....

Well he called me back and starts yelling at me again and telling me to get my “fucking ass down stairs” and meet him because it’s “not his job” to bring it to my door.

I (as calm as I could be) explained to him that it was in fact his job to bring it to my door. He then proceeded to curse me out and called me names so I informed him I was calling Corporate on him. He said to do what the fuck I want he didn’t give a damn, so I did.

While on the phone with them he gets to my door and continues to curse me out and so I took my food and shut the door in his face because I’ll be damned if I’m going to be treated like this.

The lady on the phone even had to ask if I was okay because that’s how awful he was.

They ask me what had happened so I told them everything. I got a refund and he lost his job because they don’t tolerate that shit.

They were extremely helpful, I just can’t believe I was treated like this. But guess who got the last laugh...bitch. 🖕🏻🖕🏻
