We took a break and went our own way for 8 months. 3 years on we have bought our house, got engaged and have a 12 month old. If it’s meant to be it’s meant to be. Just move on with you’re life and things will work out the way they are meant to.

I personally don't believe in taking breaks. I feel that you need to learn to work through your problems, if you cant figure it out then maybe the relationship isn't meant to be.

We didn't take a break. I left him. A few times. He came after me and changed what I didn't like and we worked it out and are still together and he is finally the man he should have been from the start. He has Aspergers and had little experience with dating so he was clueless. It just depends on what it is. There was never cheating or abuse or anything like that. You have to decide if the person is worth working with or not.

Worked out for me. We've had some issues here and there due to being young and immature, but we're working on that. The break (For a few days) helped us see what we actually wanted from the relationship! Some view it as basically breaking up, but it didn't exactly breal us up, kind of did the opposite.
