Mixed signs

How would you take this? .. what would you do or say? ... been with the guy 11 years he was my first and only and I was his .. got 3 kids together and recently I been feeling like he don’t love me , we kiss only during sex when ever we have sex (I’m pregnant) so I’m unsure if it’s just me being emotional or should I actually have a reason to cry and feel this way ... he says he loves me at the end of every convo yes but it feels like habit...
