Ectopic?

I got a faint positive yesterday and the day before, af is due today but hasn’t showed yet. Since yesterday been having a little sharp pain in my right and left side. Last week it was mostly my left but since yesterday it’s Mostly right. I was doing research on ectopic pregnancies and one of the symptoms was pain on one side and also shoulder pain. About 10-15 mins ago Ive been having shoulder pain. Do symptoms in ectopic pregnancies come this early? Is it an ectopic pregnancy? Or am I just tricking myself into it? I have no bleeding so far and the pain is not severe or anything. Just need some advice. Wanted to go to the er tomorrow but after I take another pregnancy test. Also I took aleeve for the shoulder pain.

After taking the aleeve I started to spot brown discharge😫😫 I about to buy another test now to see if it’s positive before heading to the er
