Really need help regarding my work situation 🙏🏼🚨

Okay- I’m having a dilemma here. I can’t make a decision and I think my judgement may be clouded.

I am a full time nanny and my position ends when they start school next month. The family wants me to continue to see the children 3 hours a day. Pick them up from school and stay with them for a few hours.

Well, I want full time hours and pay still.

So I have one woman who wants me full time taking care of her newborn. We spoke in person and we connected really well. She loved me and wants me to care for her child.

Then I have another woman who wants me to work five hours every morning taking care of her 8 month old son.

So here are my options: ( all have the same pay )

1. Take care of the newborn full time.

2. Take care of the 8 month old in the morning for five hours, and then leave to take care of the two children I am with now for three hours.

Okay so back to my judgement being clouded... I am studying to get my AHIP certification and the woman with the baby said I can study when the baby sleeps. BUT the children I am with now, and would be with for 3 hours a day once they start school, are SUPER attached to me. They don’t have very attentive parents and literally call me their second mom and say I love you all of the time. And I’m pretty attached to them too. I know it’s just a job, but I feel horrible leaving them.

Any advice to help me sort through this decision?
