Super Irregular Period

I used to have a 29 day cycle when I was 12-15. I got pregnant with my daughter at 16 and after having her my period became messed up . I’ve been on different type of birth control . (Depo,pill,patch, ) which had made me gain a lot of weight & felt so miserable . I haven’t been on birth control since I turned 18 I’m currently 20 now . My cycle have gone from 29,30,37,40,42,57,63 and now 91 days looong. I’ve went to my ob and talked to her about it . I got blood work done to check my hormones she said everything is fine . However I don’t believe her . Are there anybody who has a horrible period like me ? And if so how did you get your period back regular like 32 days ? Or any idea or tips would help !
