So i haven't worked in over a year due to mental health issues. I just started seeing a therapist, I've only had one session so far and she already wants me to see a psychiatrist. I don't have a lot of money left to pay for sessions or medication. Do you think it looks too desperate to ask her about applying for disability? What do i say?
