Is it okay that I’m upset..

My mom passed away when I was 5 and one thing we have left of her is this Blanket she knitted.

My dad remarried about 8/9 years ago and I remember this one day I was using the blanket and my stepmother practically yelled at me and was saying that it’s not that kind of blanket..

it upset me then because like.. before her I ALWAYS would use that blanket.

A few days ago I went in their room to grab something and I saw the blanket and I thought about taking it. Because it was my

Moms. She made it for me and my brothers. But I didn’t take it because I thought my stepmom would throw a fit.

Now I’m sitting in the living room on the couch and she is using it.

Is it wrong that I’m upset.?
