Tonsils bleeding from throwing up. HELP!

I am 17 weeks, I have severe morning sickness I am on 3 different types of meds. It’s a nightmare. Anyways long story short today I have been excessively throwing up and it’s been mainly acid despite taking my Zofran. It got to the point where I just threw up and I was coughing up blood. After I finished throwing up I stuck my finger in my mouth to see where the blood was coming from and its my tonsils! They are severely swollen and are bleeding non stop. I can’t talk or else it hurts. I am in so much pain. Don’t know what to do. 😭😭😭 has anyone been through this?!! Even swallowing my own saliva hurts and not to mention it tastes bad because I can taste the blood and the taste of the blood is making me want to throw up even more. I am so miserable. Someone help.
