Fixing My Sleep Schedule
For the past few weeks, my sleep schedule has been FUCKED UP. Like I’m sleeping from 5am-2pm and I hate it because I’m sleeping half of the day away and it leaves me very little time to do stuff because I work from 4-10pm most nights. Two of my biggest vices are 1.) I don’t really have a set bedtime, I just go to bed when I feel like it 2.) When I do sleep, I like to grab my alarm clock as it’s going off and turning it off (it’s one of those loud twin bell alarm clocks) and rolling over and falling back asleep. I used to be able to fall asleep around midnight and wake up at 7:00am everyday. What can I do? On the rare mornings where I wake up before noon, I feel like I have too much energy from the day to go to bed.
