cramp relief (and rant kinda)

so i used to be on birth control for mood swings and cramps (and contraception obviously) but i had to stop using my birth control bc i dont have insurance anymore and i cant afford it, and i just started my new period without it and im just so upset, my cramps are terrible again and i havent gotten moody yet but i cant afford this shit bro like i work now and im a waitress and i cant be in pain while running around serving food. im so worried right now and i took tylenol and drank water and did crunches and tried heat and nothing it working ):
