Fastest way to orgasm?

I need help! I worked 40 hours this week while taking care of my 2 year old and being 28 weeks pregnant. I haven’t had an orgasm in about 3 weeks so needless to say, I neeeeeeeed to have one tonight. My husband and I and are planning on doing it so that’s great but my issue is this, without using a vibrator it always takes me so long to have the first orgasm and we just moved houses so I have no idea where the charger to my vibrator is. 😩 I can usually have multiple orgasms after the first one but I have to work so hard to make the first one happen at all and usually I just tell my husband to give up. I know everyone is different but do any of you guys have some tips or tricks as to how I can make it happen quicker without using a vibrator?
