Scared of doctor

I’ve been having chronic ear problems for the past few months popping cracking fullness and although I’ve seen a few different doctors I’m going to a new GP today and I’m scared out of my mind that they are going to tell me something is really wrong with me 😔. I know this is irrational but how do I stop this crazy health anxiety that I have. I’m always 100 steps ahead of where I need to be.
