Can anybody please give me stories of early EARLY signs or pregnancy/implantation???? I’m a loser for constant symptom spotting but I didn’t know with my first and now I’m non stop and would LOVE to hear others stories?

I’m 6dpo, me and my partner have been ‘at it’ shall I say every day for almost two weeks straight and sometimes more than once (but not because we’re trying, were just not not trying) I’ve been mild/mod cramping and stretching all in my lower abdomen and have all these butterflies/tingles/stretching all over lower abdomen into hips/very top of my thighs, slight twinges in lower back too !!! Boobs also a little bit bigger 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m probably making the symptoms up in my head BUT
