When was your first ultrasound? What should I expect on my first appointment?

I’ll be 7 weeks for my first appt so I wanna know what to expect... I made an appointment before I found out with my gyno so I’ll be with her rather than the OB.

It was different with all 3 of my pregnancies.
First: appt & ultrasound was at 12 weeks, gave urine sample, had a pap, took blood, nurse took vitals, and they went over my medical history.
Second: appt & ultrasound was at 9 weeks, urine sample, pap, medical history update, took vitals, then got paperwork to go to a lab at 10 weeks for genetics testing and regular pregnancy bloodwork. 
Third: ultrasound at 7 weeks plus urine sample. Appt at 10 weeks for bloodwork and had another ultrasound, pap, had genetics testing again and made an appt for my NT scan at 12 weeks.

Mine happened at 7 weeks basically. First formal obgyn ultrasound will be at 12 weeks.
