So I went to my 6 week postpartum check up. I got my period the day before the appointment, ugh.

I knew I was going to discuss birth control with my OB. (Never have been on it before)

I decided on Liletta. It gets inserted through the vagina. She inserted it in me while I was on my period because somehow it’s easier for the doctors to do it that way. (It was uncomfortable but oh well)

The first 3 minutes of it inside me was really bad cramping. The after that it was mild cramping.

My period ended 5 days after that then about a week after my period stopped it came back. I only bled for about one tampon use. Then it stopped. Then the next day or day after, I can’t remember, it came back. For the same amount of time.

Now today, I’m barley bleeding but the cramps are hurting so bad!

Idk if this is normal with pp birth control?
