so I got my IUD done on June 22,2018..me and my boyfriend had sex I think few after..my start of my last period was I think June 24..I'm 3-4 days late..idk what going on.

What IUD is it? It's normal with hormonal IUDs. With the hormonal ones, pretty much everything is normal as far as periods go. No periods, bleeding all the time, and everything in between. If it's copper, I'd wait a couple more days and take a test then.

Careful!! My cycle is always 28-35 days....I’ve had the paragard iud for 9 years & 4 months. Well I’m 12 days late....and ta dah!!! I’m 6 weeks 1 days pregnant with a baby and have an iud floating around inside of me....just saying be ware

I got my copper IUD in March and I was told it could mess with your period for the first 3-5ish months. Mine shifted by a week and now it’s slowly settling into a regular rhythm again.
If you’re worried, take a test, call your doctor to ask about it. But even on the copper one it CAN shift a little, be heavier, longer, shorter, etc for a few months before your body settles with it.

I had Skyla for 3 years and I just got Kyleena about a month ago. I never had periods on time like ever with my iud. At the end of having Skyla I didn’t have a period for 5 months! That was one of the perks to the iud for me was it was possible to not get a period. I wouldn’t be concerned but if it is really bothering you just call your doctor. They are there to answer any and all of your question.

If you do happen to be pregnant please make an appointment to get your iud out as soon as possible it’s dangerous for a baby again if you happen to be pregnant it’s a scary!!
