To stay or leave

I complain about my busy partner on here all the time. He does military work, has a regular job and he’s in school. He usually works maybe 12 days. This month I only got to see him once but when we did see each other it was amazing. He doesn’t have a phone, just an iPad so we don’t talk all day. It’s usually a good morning text a check in mid day and he will sometimes write me at night. (He FaceTimed me for the first time ever last week-this really shocked me but I was happy. We never did the FaceTime thing but I told him we have to start once I move)

But days like today where I haven’t received a response makes me question if I’m really built for this. I’m moving next month, if he doesn’t have time for me while I’m here how will he have time when I move over 3 hours away.

I love this man. Known him since high school and we are 25 now. He’s been trying to talk to me every since we graduated but it wasn’t until this year I decided to give us a chance

I do see us spending the rest of our lives together but to be straight forward this is hard. I’m used to a guy that’s more available to spend time and talk and check in throughout the day. I can’t even bring him out to events cause he doesn’t have the time. My friends probably think I made him up.

Also, why does he think it’s okay to go a full day with no contact. Out of our 5 months of making it official this had happened maybe 5 times now.

Guess I just needed to vent but advice is welcome.
