What should I do

Ok so this guy that I’ve been having sex with has recently confessed his love for me and idk how I should feel about it. I feel like it’s real but I also don’t want to get my hopes up. He’s 3 years older he’s in his last year of college and I’m in my first year of college but he’s going away and I’m staying home. Should I go for it or should I just leave it the way it is and if we end up together when school is over then good? Look what he’s said to me
