Sexual Frustration

I've been trying for almost a year now to find a way to masturbate that will make me orgasm. It's become almost impossible for me to get pleasure from masturbation and its making my life frustrating because every time I'm around my boyfriend all I want to do is have sex, though we aren't sexually active. (we are 14/15)

Idk what to do anymore, and if you ladies have ANY ideas how to fix this, please help :( I'm open to read anything at this point
