Workouts while on period. TMI

Okay ladies this is a little TMI. Ive been stuck between 230- 240 it just depends on the day. Anyway I have recently decided to start working out again. My luck would have it the day after I started to workout AF came. I have really bad periods. Like one little hiccup could cause blood to gush out. Ew gross right? I have really severe cramps to. So like what are some exercises I could do while on my period?
