Would you judge someone based on hair color?

So I was at the store with my daughter (8months) and this elderly woman CAME up to me and goes “should you be dying your hair like that now that you are a mom?” Like what???
What does me being a mom have to do with the color of my hair??? It doesn’t affect my parenting skills. It doesn’t make me any less capable of taking care of a child. 
(My hair is blonde and tipped in blue, like the dip dye or whatever)

Some lady based my mom’s parenting on the clothes I was wearing. It was 80 degrees out, and I was wearing a sweater. Some lady came up to me and said “How could you let her walk out of the house wearing that?
