This is ridiculous. I can’t cope anymore. 😭🔥

Anyone else awake?

It’s currently 1:45am and I am in a cold bath.

I don’t know what to do with myself.

I am so hot I actually think I’m going to die!

It’s 22 degrees still at this time of night!

I feel sick, desperate, suffocated; I just see no end to this heat.

I am 37w2d and have a house which resembles a sauna atm. I don’t own a fan and everywhere has sold out.

I am covering myself in wet flannels and also have a cool down mist.

Neither seem to be working as as soon as they touch my body, they’re warming up so quickly!

How are you ladies cooling down?

Please tell me before I die. 😫
