help anyone else???

Question

so I have to start progesterone vaginal capsules since I had an incompetent cervix my first pregnancy. problem is they are peanut oil based and my fiance is allergic to peanuts!!!!! I have to take them until 36 weeks I am currently 16+4. has anyone had this happen? if so could u still have sex with no reaction? it's still safe at this point not that we do it often but come on :/

Talk to your daughter, but I also have an incompetent cervix and both my high risk doctor and regular obgyn told me no sex at all...at least until your last month. You should really ask if it's even safe to do it since you're at a very high risk for preterm labor.

ya he didn't really fine me a lot of info. I'll see have to re ask him some stuff. there were so many of their staff in my appointment room that it was hard to focus. thank you.
