when does your belly go down after a c section? I'm 3 months pp and sometimes I'm still hurting and cramping, but my belly is stuck out like my uterus didnt contract all the way, or is this just fat? help.

if my belly is cold I dont even know it or realize unless I accidentally brush up on my man. I've been working out 3 days a week and trying to stay hydrated. all water tastes contaminated to me after pregnancy. even with flavor stuff in it.
