5 1/2 months out, Pelvic and back pain

Hello everyone!

I had my baby 5 1/2 months ago via emerg C-section. Healing was quick, was up and about as soon as I got home and for months on. Normal monthly periods starting April and no issues. This month however it’s been different... I’ve always been annoyed of this slight tenderness under my belly button, well yesterday and today it’s been more annoying. I have pelvic pain, and lower back pain. It just feels so tender! I’m heading in for an ultrasound just to make sure, but it’s never been like this expect this month.

FYI: I did get a new bed yesterday so I’m thinking maybe that’s the cause to my lower back pain. I might add that my abdominal wall is separated a little more at the bottom (Moms pooch) and my stomach is still very very mushy.
