How do you lose this during pregnancy? My feet have started to swell- and I really dont want cankles with this pregnancy too 😭

Drink more water, wear looser fitting supportive shoes, don’t stay in the same position for more than 30 minutes (standing, sitting, crossed legs), exercise even if it’s just short walks, epsom salt baths/foot soaks, compression stockings and leggings, when you sit elevate your feet and lay down elevate your feet slightly above your heart.
