HOW DO YOU WORD THIS???

You either have a wonderful child here with you know or children and or you have a few beautiful Angel's from miscarriages, still births, and any loss...how do you word how many children you have? or if this is x amout of children? alot of people ask "how many children do you have" or "is he your only" I have one beautiful son. and have miscarried with my second child. I never know what to say. ladies??
