Butt acne tips anyone?

For quite some time I’ve been struggling with cystic acne on my ass. It seems to be sensitive from me rinsing my hair in the shower and conditioner running down my back onto my bum cheeks or body wash dripping down. I’ve actively avoided putting body wash on my ass cheeks since my early teens because it makes me break out, but I can’t help it if soap or conditioner drips down while I’m washing. It’s not like they’re little pimples either, they’re big dark purple ones that scar. Does anyone have any products that have worked on them for body acne?
