Am I Dehydrated? HELP
Hello! I’ve been doing keto for a week now. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right so I ordered some ketone strips. Once I get further into keto, I’ll get a blood ketone meter but I know these strips are the most accurate for starters. Is my reading too dark? I got excited that I’m in ketosis but then I started reading and people have said that if it’s too dark, you’re dehydrated. I’ve been drinking upwards to 90 oz of water each day so I’m confused. HELP
