11 month old has a fever of 103.3.. ER time?

Yesterday I was feeding my 11 month old when he just suddenly started throwing up everywhere. I checked his temperature and it was 101.3. This morning when he woke up I checked it and it was 103.3.. I freaked and got him into a cool bath, gave him ibuprofen and his fever dropped to 99.7, but now his fever came back up to 103.3, I again gave him Ibuprofen (30 minutes early) and a cool bath, and it dropped to 100. I've been giving him tylenol 2 hours after the Ibuprofen, and he's keeping fluids and food down, but should I take him to the ER? I'm not sure what to do?
