Snuggles?

So I’ve been seeing this guy for about a year we love eachother very much and sex is great! But he doesn’t cuddle after lol and I know I’m being cheesy but it still makes me feel so used, he just jumps up grabs a towel cleans up and walks out of the room and lets me clean up and get dressed? If it’s in middle of night he cleans up and then goes to bed if I try to cuddle he says he is hot or out of breathe and gets irritated? that I’m touching him?
