Very TMI!

Okay so I think I am pregnant. For two weeks now I’ve been having nausea, headaches, gas (I have ibs but it’s not as bad as when my stomach has random gas pains the moment I get up for the day), food aversions, and now today I have what I think is white discharge. It feels like I’m peeing or on my period but when I check it’s white and thick. Is this another pregnancy sign? I don’t remember discharging with my daughter. I do remember having hip pains and back pain (which I have now) and I remember having nausea and gas but don’t remember discharge or food aversions...help.
