Normal PAP but....

I’m 21 years old (less than a month from 22) I had my first pap a couple weeks ago, my doctor sent me a message in the patient portal late Friday evening and told me that it came back normal but there is an absence of the transformation zone. I sent her a message back but I guess she was already gone because I haven’t heard anything back. I have a very strong family history of cervical, ovarian, and breast cancer in my family. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?
